This single-origin 100% Arabica coffee comes from the Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1,150 meters altitude. The coffee consists of Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon varieties processed using the pulped natural method, where the coffee cherry is pulped after harvesting and the beans dry in the sun with a sticky mucilage layer. The farm is family-run by the Pascoal family and is known as Brazil's first Rainforest Alliance certified farm. The coffee features a velvety mouthfeel with chocolatey, nutty, and sweet fruit notes, resembling grape and nut chocolate. It is harvested between April and August.
