This specialty coffee espresso blend combines 50% Arabica and 50% Canephora (Fine Robusta) varieties from Rwanda and India. The coffee is handpicked and processed using the washed method. It features a medium-dark roast level achieved through drum roasting. The blend has an SCA Cupping Score above 84. The espresso offers a creamy, full body with light roast aromas and flavor notes of nut, caramel, and dark chocolate. It is suitable for espresso machines, Bialetti, and fully automatic machines.
