The coffee undergoes DRD Double Anaerobic processing: five-day whole-cherry anaerobic fermentation at low, controlled temperatures followed by two-month darkroom drying in staged layers. Flavor profile features rosy floral notes of geranium, green apple compote, pink guava, and orange marmalade with a silky, smooth body.
