About This Coffee

This is a Grade 1 Microlot from Kercha washing station in the Guji sub-region of Oromia, Ethiopia. The coffee is 100% organic and grown at 1950-2250 meters altitude. It features heirloom varietals and is processed using anaerobic natural methods, where fermentation occurs in an oxygen-free environment.
