This coffee originates from the legendary Aricha processing station in the heart of the renowned Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia. Grown at high altitudes of 1950–2150 meters above sea level, the beans develop exceptional density and complexity. It is 100% Heirloom Arabica variety, processed using the washed (wet) method. The cup offers a delicate, tea-like body with prominent floral notes, complemented by the sweetness of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. Best suited for filter preparation.

Goriffee is a Bratislava-based roastery with a unique story and a strong focus on social responsibility. The name is a portmanteau of "gorilla" and "coffee," inspired by the founders' travels and deep connection to Rwanda. They have established direct trade relationships with farmers, particularly with the KOPAKAMA cooperative in Rwanda, ensuring ethical practices and fair pay.
