This coffee originates from small family farms in the Kercha District, Guji zone of Ethiopia, grown at 1900-2050 meters altitude. It is produced by Guji Kercha station using a Wine process (Natural with assisted controlled fermentation), where cherries are fermented in sealed tanks to boost sweetness and depth, then dried slowly in the sun. The varietal is Heirloom. The coffee offers flavours of red wine, ripe mango, chocolate fudge, and orange blossom, creating a smooth, satisfying cup with tropical and floral characteristics.
