Feve Coffee

Ivan Carel, Paul Belgram, Jonathan Le Pautremat, and Didier Chevalot came together to launch Feve Coffee in July 2019, establishing their roasting atelier in Paris's 15th arrondissement. The name, meaning "bean" in French, captures their straightforward dedication to the craft of specialty roasting. Their range is organized into three distinctive tiers called Essentiel, Inspiration, and Expérience, each offering a different level of complexity and rarity. Feve has become a trusted supplier to multi roaster cafes across Paris, delivering custom roasting solutions tailored to each partner's needs. Their professional focus extends to bespoke profiles for wholesale clients, making them a behind the scenes force in the city's specialty coffee landscape.
