This is a Natural process Ethiopian coffee from Guji region at 2000 meters altitude. The coffee was selected and curated by Berg Wu, 2016 World Barista Champion and owner of Simple Kaffa. It is an Heirloom variety with tasting notes of grape, blueberry jam, Kyoho grape juice, violets, bergamot, and rose. The flavor is described as delicate and easily detectable.
