This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1900 meters. It is an Heirloom variety processed using the washed method at the Bombe washing station. The flavor profile is characterized by floral notes, citron tea, apple candy, and blueberry.
