A decaffeinated Ethiopian coffee from the high-altitude region of Kochere, sourced from the Bonde Kochere Washing Station. Grown by 361 smallholder farmers using heirloom varietals, the coffee is washed and then decaffeinated via a chemical-free water process, preserving 99.9% of its original flavor. The cup is bright and clean with notes of tropical fruits, toasted cinnamon, and milk chocolate. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
