Single-origin washed coffee from GFC Plantation in Bench Maji, SNNPR, Ethiopia at 1,000 meters altitude. Heirloom varietal grown in rainforest shade conditions with no added fertilizer. Roasted light with convection heat application. Flavor notes include hazelnut, nutmeg, orange, marzipan, malt, cocoa, and muscovado sugar with orange citric acidity and silky round body.
