Produced by Mario Samuel Mejia Rodriguez at Chelbesa Station, this is a Natural processed coffee (Dry Fermentation) using Heirloom variety. The coffee has a score of 88.5 and is a microlot. Harvested December-March 2024-2025, the coffee offers tasting notes of lemongrass, blueberry, grape, and almond with a fruity and floral profile characteristic of the region's microclimate and fertile soil.
