Ethiopia Chelbesa

This coffee is a single origin Ethiopia Chelbesa from Gedeb, Woreda in the Gedeo zone. It is produced by 495 smallholder farmers at the SNAP Specialty Coffee wet mill in Chelbesa Village. The coffee grows at 1900-2200 meters altitude and is processed as a traditional natural, with cherries dried on beds for 28-35 days. The varietals are 74110 and 741112, with a cup score of 86.75. The coffee offers flavors of blueberry, blood orange, yellow plum, dark chocolate, and jasmine.
