The Danche processing station is located in Chelbesa village, Gedeb region, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, established in 2019 by SNAP Specialty Coffee. Grown at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,200 masl on fertile red soils with semi-open forest surroundings, the coffee is sourced from around 800 smallholder farmers. Heirloom Ethiopian varieties Kurume and Wolisho are grown here. This batch is an anaerobically fermented honey process with vibrant fruity flavor notes of strawberry jam and dried figs. Roasted as an Omni Roast.
