This natural processed coffee comes from Daniso Horise's farm in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 1950 meters above sea level. Daniso Horise inherited the farm from his family 16 years ago and continues the legacy with support from his own family. Only the ripest cherries are picked and then dried on raised beds for 15-22 days. The coffee features flavor notes of passion fruit, kiwi, sweet ripe berries, and milk chocolate. This is part of Pennybridge Roasters' Top Selection line, specially selected single origins to highlight and enjoy the coffee's original flavors in their purest form.
