About This Coffee

This honey processed coffee comes from the Dimtu farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, one of the highest elevation lots in the area at 2100-2300 meters above sea level. Produced by Biniyam Aklilu and local farmers, the coffee features Wolichu, Kudhume, 74112, and 74110 varietals. The beans are slow dried for 25-30 days. The cup profile offers tropical fruit flavors including mango, white peach, and mandarin, with floral notes throughout.
