A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from Elto Coffee, sourced from the Elora Station in Sidama, grown at 2300 masl. Produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, this nano-lot features Mini 74158 and Peaberry varietals, harvested in 2025. Processed using a 36-hour anaerobic natural method, delivering flavor notes of cherry blossom, red grape, mixed berries, pineapple, sweet and juicy characteristics. Roasted for filter on a Loring S7. Available in 150g bags.
