This coffee is from Gesha Village Coffee Estate in Ethiopia's West Omo zone, near the South Sudanese border. The 471-hectare farm is located in the region where the Gesha variety originated, with coffee grown at 1900-2100 meters altitude. The Gesha variety was harvested from wild plants in the nearby Gori Gesha forest. This washed coffee from the 2025 harvest features flavor notes of lemon, chamomile, and peach, described as clean and sweet.
