This single-origin coffee comes from the Gogogu washing station in Uraga, Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia, produced by around 425 smallholder farmers. It is processed as a natural (sun-dried) lot with extended fermentation and hand-sorting. Grown at about 2156 m elevation from heirloom varieties, the cup presents Blueberry, Dried Apricot and Nutty notes and is roasted for espresso.
