About This Coffee

This single-origin Ethiopian coffee is from the Guji region, grown at 2200 meters altitude at the Anasora washing station under Kerchanshe Trading PLC. The Heirloom variety beans undergo anaerobic honey processing, fermented in a controlled tank environment for 4-6 days before being depulped and dried with fruit flesh retained. Tasting notes include strawberry, peach juice, fruity gummy, bergamot, and honey.
