This coffee is from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Bishala at an altitude of 2,300 meters. It is a G1 grade coffee featuring Ethiopian Heirloom varieties processed using the red honey method. The coffee offers flavor notes of strawberry, blueberry, and grape with juicy peach and elegant floral aromas. Additional tasting notes include blueberry jam, Kyoho grape, fresh strawberry, ripe mango, and violet. The coffee has high sweetness (5/5), medium-high acidity (4/5), medium body (4/5), low bitterness (1/5), and strong flavor complexity (4.5/5).
