This is a single origin coffee from Ethiopia, specifically from the Guji Hambella region at 2,520 meters altitude. The coffee is produced by Bastet Station and is the Geisha variety, processed using the washed method. The beans are roasted light. The flavor profile features elegant peony and violet florals, followed by a juicy citrus acidity with lemon and sweet grapefruit, finishing with a clean grape sweetness and lingering citrus candy notes.
