This natural-processed coffee from Guji Highlands in Ethiopia is exceptionally fruity with tropical notes of guava, grape, and pineapple. Despite being a natural process, it is remarkably clean while maintaining a syrupy, heavy body with sweet undertones. The coffee is versatile and performs exceptionally well as both drip coffee and a punchy, syrupy espresso.
Case Coffee Roasters was founded in 2006 by Kati and Tim Case in Ashland, Oregon. The team roasts on a Diedrich IR 7 with a focus on light to medium profiles, using compostable packaging throughout.
