This Ethiopia Guji Natural is a specialty coffee grown at altitudes between 2,000 and 2,200 meters in the Guji region. Produced by a group of 44 smallholders in Oddo Shakiso, the coffee is of the JARC 74112 variety and processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried on raised beds. This light-roast coffee features a silky body and vibrant acidity, with distinct tasting notes of raspberry, redcurrant, peach, and hibiscus. It is an organic-certified coffee with a SCA score of 87.5.
Corica's story spans over 170 years, beginning in 1850 in Brussels where the Wulleman family established their first roastery. From 2011 onwards, Marie Helene Callewaert and her son took the helm, becoming the third generation of roasters in this storied lineage. Today, Corica represents continuity and evolution in Belgian coffee culture, offering strictly selected and organically certified coffees roasted artisanally with modern equipment.
