This natural-processed organic coffee comes from small family farms in the Guji region of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1800-2130 meters in the Oromia region. The beans are dried in their fruit pulp on raised drying beds, giving the coffee a jammy character with notes of dried fruit, sweet berries, and vanilla. The coffee comes from the Suke Quto Plantation washing station, where smallholder farmers bring their harvested cherries. The coffee features indigenous Ethiopian heirloom varieties and is organically certified.
