This coffee is a Fully Washed G1 from the Sawana lot in Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia. The coffee is produced by the Sewda Natural Coffee Processing Wet Mill in collaboration with approximately 600 smallholder farmers. It is made from Ethiopian landrace varieties grown at an altitude exceeding 2300 meters. The coffee features bergamot and orange notes with a refreshing iced tea aftertaste and a velvety body.
