Ethiopian single origin coffee from the Guji zone, specifically Shakiso region, grown at 1920-2020 meters altitude. Processed naturally using the 74110 varietal, an arabica cultivar developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre in 1979 to combat coffee berry disease. The coffee exhibits bright, fruity characteristics with tasting notes of blueberry, bubblegum, peach, lychee, and violets.
