This single-origin natural-processed coffee comes from the Mormora estate in Chekata village, within the Oddo Shakisso woreda of Ethiopia's Guji region. Grown at altitudes between 2200-2250 meters, this Heirloom variety coffee is classified as Strictly High Grown (SHG). The natural processing results in intense blueberry characteristics with grape-like acidity and oolong tea aftertaste notes.
