This coffee is from Ethiopia, specifically the Guji region and Uraga area. It is processed at the More Floral (茉香柚) washing station, which is located at approximately 1800m elevation. The coffee variety is Kurume, grown at an altitude of 1,850~2,400 meters. It is a washed coffee with a light roast profile. The flavor profile features white floral notes, citrus, orange peel, and honey-like sweetness, with tropical ripe fruit, grapefruit peel and flesh, coffee fruit flesh, elderflower, and lemon flesh. The acidity is柔和 (soft) with overall extremely high sweetness.
