Ethiopia Hadessa is a single-origin coffee from the Sidama region at 2,400 meters altitude. Produced by Huro Washing Station using heirloom varietal beans, this coffee is processed using anaerobic natural fermentation. The cup profile features bright, fruity notes of raspberry, lilac, orange, and juicy characteristics.
