Ethiopia Halo Beriti is a single-origin washed coffee from the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe in southern Ethiopia, grown by 750 smallholder producers delivering cherries to the Halo Beriti Washing Station. The beans are Ethiopian Heirloom varieties processed washed (Grade 1) at an elevation of 2100-2300 meters. Tasting notes include honeysuckle, peach, sweet tea, apricot, and delicate florals with bergamot and jasmine. The coffee is complex and nuanced, best served black to preserve its subtle characteristics.
