This coffee is a single origin from Ethiopia, Hambela Alaka, grown at 2000 meters elevation. It features indigenous landrace variety and is processed naturally with raised-bed drying. The roast is an Expressive Light (Agtron 125 ground, 77 whole bean) achieving bright acidity and flavors of raspberry, jasmine, apple butter, and sweet tea, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
