Roastado Roastery

Roastado describes itself as the largest and oldest specialty coffee roastery in Qatar, operating as a local and independent operation that buys beans directly from farms around the world and roasts each batch to carefully calibrated profiles designed to nurture the individual characteristics of every origin. The roastery is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association and sources from Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, El Salvador, Colombia, and other producing countries, offering a variety of single origin coffees chosen for their unique flavor notes alongside curated collections like the Brew Discovery Set. Roastado operates multiple locations across Qatar including branches in Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, and Al Duhail as well as the Murano Palazzo location in Doha, and provides coffee beans to cafes and hotels throughout the capital as a wholesale partner that includes barista training, equipment sales and service, quality checks at customer stores, and marketing support as part of its RoastadoCareBrew program. The operation sells Synesso espresso machines and grinders alongside its coffee and is registered with the Qatar Development Bank exporter program, positioning it as both a domestic roastery and an export ready business. Roastado has built a comprehensive ecosystem in the Qatari market that extends well beyond selling bags of coffee, offering wholesale partners a full service relationship that covers everything from beans and equipment to maintenance, training, and ongoing quality assurance.
