Ethiopia Idido

About This Coffee

This Ethiopia Idido coffee is sourced from the Aricha and Yirgacheffe regions. It is a blend of Kurume, Daga, and Wolisho varieties, processed using a washed method where the coffee is mechanically depulped and fermented in tanks for 48-72 hours before being dried on raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of tropical fruits, orange, and Earl Grey. The producers intercrop their coffee with native trees to provide shade and fertilization for their fields.
