A washed coffee from the Kota Kebele, Goma District in Jimma Zone, Ethiopia, produced by Mensur Abahika of the Tokuma Farmer Group. This coffee features the JARC 74110 variety, selected for disease resistance and originally developed in the 1970s. Grown at 1950-2000 meters altitude, the beans are hand-picked, floated, and dried on raised beds for approximately 21 days. The coffee displays high sweetness with medium-high acidity, offering fruity and balanced flavor notes of marmalade, gingerbread, and macadamia.
