It combines heirloom varietals 74110, 74112 and 74158 and is sold as unroasted (green) beans. The natural processing produces bright, fruit-forward character with tasting notes of tangerine, strawberry popsicle and hibiscus tea, offering lively acidity and a tea-like body.
