Processed using a Natural Anaerobic method involving handpicked cherries, 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, a second round of fermentation, and a careful drying process. The flavor profile features jasmine, honeysuckle, grape, passion fruit, and licorice notes, described as complex and transparent.
