This is a single origin coffee from Ethiopia, specifically grown in the highland region of Arbegonna at 2200 metres above sea level. The cherries undergo a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, creating a complex and syrupy mouthfeel. This natural processed coffee displays vibrant fruit-driven characteristics with forest fruits and red berries, complemented by a wine-like profile from the extended fermentation.
