Ethiopia Rumudamo Anaerobic Washed is produced by Daye Bensa at the Rumudamo processing station in Arbegona, Sidama, at 2,200m altitude. Cherries are sourced from over 600 smallholder farmers. This microlot earned international recognition including top rankings at the 2020 Cup of Excellence. It is an anaerobic washed processed coffee with an omni roast profile, offering delicate yet complex floral and fruity notes with sweetness and vibrancy. Flavor notes include cherry, elderflower, and jasmine.
