This coffee is produced by Daye Bensa at the Rumudamo processing station in Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2,200 meters, this lot is sourced from over 600 smallholder farmers. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic washed process, resulting in a refined and complex cup. It features delicate floral and fruity notes, including cherry, elderflower, jasmine, and baked apple, offering a balance of sweetness and vibrancy.
