A washed single-origin coffee from the Rumudamo Washing Station in Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers cultivating traditional landrace varieties at elevations between 1,800 and 2,000 meters. Cherries are hand-sorted, depulped, fermented in cool water, washed multiple times, and then dried on raised beds. The cup is bright and floral with elegant acidity, refined sweetness, and aromas of elderflower, bergamot, and plum. An Omni Roast suited for a wide range of brewing methods.
