Ethiopia Samii Banki Gotiti, Fully Washed
Tad Coffee CompanyAbout This Coffee
This Ethiopian coffee is grown in the Gedeo region, specifically in the Gebeb area at 2000-2350 meters altitude. It is processed at the Banko Gotiti Washing Station, which handles coffees from smallholder farmers. The coffee features heirloom varietals and undergoes a fully washed process. The flavor profile includes peach, bergamot, and honeysuckle, with floral complexity, bright citrus notes, and a silky, tea-like body. The washed process enhances clarity and brightness, making it well-suited for pour-over or light filter brewing.
