The coffee comes from roughly 100 small-holder farmers averaging 2.5 hectares each, with production in forested systems. Variety: Serto 74112. Produced by Sookoo Coffee, owned by Ture Waji. All cherry is fully organic and separated by sub-kebele upon delivery. Flavor profile includes juicy nectarine, black tea, and honey notes.
