Lucifer Coffee Roasters HQAbout This Coffee
A single-origin coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, processed at the Keramo washing station. Only the ripest cherries are picked and collected. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 72-hour wet fermentation, submerged in water with the fruit flesh still attached, resulting in a fresher and clearer flavor. The variety is JARC74112, developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre (JARC) from research starting in 1974. Grown at 2300 MASL. Flavor profile is delicate and balanced with floral and fruity tones, a bright acidity, and a sweet finish. Light roast.
