This Grade 1 Ethiopian Sidama coffee from 2000-2100m altitude features the Heirloom varietal. It undergoes a Double Anaerobic Washed process combining anaerobic fermentation to intensify sweetness and floral notes, followed by a full washed process. The coffee delivers delicate flavor notes of rose water, strawberry, macaron, grapes, and jam with crisp acidity.
