This Ethiopia Sidamo is a premium, single-origin coffee grown at an altitude of over 2,000 meters in the East African highlands. It is processed using the traditional natural method, which preserves the region's characteristic rich fruit notes and delicate sweetness. The coffee features a flavor profile defined by berry notes and a layered, chocolatey complexity. It is a medium-roast coffee that offers a fragrant, perfume-like aroma, resulting from the fertile red soil and significant diurnal temperature variations in the region.
