This coffee is a single origin from Taferi Kela in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 1900-2100 meters altitude. It is a washed process coffee made from 74112, 74158, and Enat Buna varieties. The beans are roasted light and produce a medium-bodied cup with tasting notes of Caramel, Cocoa and Cranberry. It earned an SCA Cup Score of 86.75.
