A light-roast Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from the Chelbesa washing station, grown at 1900–2200 m. Made from Heirloom varieties and processed using a washed method. Cup notes highlight jasmine and lemon aroma, an Earl Grey-like aroma with honey sweetness, and a candy-like lingering aftertaste. Bright acidity and floral perfume make it suitable for both filter and espresso preparations.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
