This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is sourced from smallholder farmers who hand-pick coffee cherries. The coffee undergoes a washed process, including floating, depulping, and 12-36 hours of fermentation, before being sun-dried on raised beds. It is an Arabica coffee grown at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters. The flavor profile features notes of green apple, oolong tea, raisin, and chamomile, offering an aromatic cup with floral sweetness and a silky finish.
