It is a natural process coffee made from local heirloom varieties. The coffee received a 94-point score from Coffee Review. Flavor notes include mulberry fragrance, peach jam sweetness, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste. The beans are roasted to a light-medium roast (淺中焙) by an SCA-certified professional coffee roaster.
